ESVC utilizes modern CNC lathes and machining centers, precision ball grinders and a full compliment of manual lathes and mills to produce a wide range of machine parts to exacting customer specifications. Parts ranging in size from 1” diameter to 36” diameter and lengths from ½” to 36” are provided to our valued customers.
Highly skilled associates produce parts that will meet and most often times exceed customer expectations. Flexible scheduling and attention to customer needs provides for on time deliveries. We are proud to say that our first customer, after forty-five years, continues to order valve components from ESVC.
ESVC specializes in the manufacturing of balls for ball valves. Balls are made in a size range from 1” to 20” and from materials ranging from low carbon steel to exotic alloys and pressure classes from 150# to 10,000#. ESVC balls are used in various applications including pipe line valves, down hole shut off tools, kelly and safety, production and processing valves to name a few.
Other valve products produced include bodies, stems, seat rings, trunnions and end closures.
In addition to supplying components for all types of valves, we utilize our versatile equipment to also provide machined components and assemblies for elevators, paper mills, rail cars, drilling equipment, transformers, well heads, automotive equipment, clutch assemblies and lifting equipment.
